General Terms

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to everything stated in my T.O.S
When accepting commission - I assume that you have read this T.O.S, so I`m not responsible for any your misunderstandings according to that.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission requests for any reason.

  • I retain full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the artwork on other sites for portfolio purposes.

  • Most of the commissioned artworks are posted on my social media, unless the client wishes not to.

  • Artist decides the price of his work and it may vary depending on certain aspects and the technical task.

  • Prices are non-negotiable

  • You can cancel and refund your commission only if I haven’t started working on it yet.

  • I do not work with russians.

Copyright / Usage politics

I do commissions for personal use only. Commercial use of theese artworks, such as using for NFTs or other crypto-related processes,
reprinting to sell, making logos for commercial brands,
printing them on clothes, and trying to monetize in any way is strictly prohibited.
You should credit me as an artist if you post them anywhere or use for something. It is aprecciated if you ask for permission to repost or use my art for non-commercial things.All rights stay owned by me, unless if bought. If you would like to commission me for art to be openly used for merchandising or any other commercial purposes, you`ll be required to purchase the rights to do so. Details are being discussed, but usually the fee will be 300% of the main original price. Though I still have copyright over the art as the author of it.
Please contact me through my socials if you are willing to use this art in any business settings.

Process

  1. You reserve a spot during an open commission event, or ask to be on the waitlist in my DMs. Next when I have availability/it`s your turn in a queue, you’ll be notified via DM or email for further commission details discuss. Note: If you’re unable to order a commission when your turn is up - no worries. If you wish, I can write to you after some time, which you will specify, if I also have the opportunity.

  2. You describe main technical task (without details for now, just for me to understand what I`ll need to draw and if I can do it now). I accept or decline your commission.

  3. If request accepted, you provide me with a more detailed tech.task and references. (look at the next point of T.O.S for more info). I`m drawing a first sketch or sketches and you should provide feedback, request for fixes or changing pose, etc.

  4. Once the first sketch is approved, you will need to send the payment. (look at the "Payment" point of T.O.S for more info) After that I continue working on commission. Note: you absolutely have the right to ask for more further updates in the process!

  5. I`m sending you the pre-final status of art and you are able to request for minor fixes. (major fixes are discussed personally, but usually you will need to pay at least half of price to make them)

  6. The finished artwork, if fully payed, is sent to you as a high resolution digital file via e-mail.

Technical task & Fixes

You may send the references and description of technical task (TT) in private message via any social media where you were requesting a commision. In your request you should include picture of the character (or detailed description\moodboard of their appearance, if you don’t have any drawings of them), your wishes about the character's emotions, pose, atmosphere, etc.It`s aprecciated when you keep the description of the character/their story, (which sometimes is also important for my understanding of what you want to see in the picture) as short and informative as possible.After the concept/sketch stage i allow few free edits. Beyond this, significant edits will be an extra cost depending on the request, starting at +$15. But otherwise - I'm always ready to fix something to make you happy with your commission!

Payment

I currently accept payment via SWIFT or Pryvat24 (for ukrainians), whichever is more convenient for you.

  • 100% prepayment after first sketch approval. Payment plans accepted for $400 and up commissions or discussed personally.

  • Please pay within 24 hours. I can give a reservation for a couple of days for emergency situations, but this is discussed personally. Otherwise, the application will be canceled.

  • When work will be done, I’ll send you high resolution file via e-mail only if I received full payment.

Extra

My deadline may vary (from a few days, if you're first in the line, to month or two), so if you wish for a specific deadline please let me know in advance! Note: specific deadlines can't be accepted for now due to the situation in Ukraine caused by russian invasion.Also English isn`t my native language and besides that i have dyslexia, so there may be some mistakes.
